Refer a Friend to an Affordable Apartment in Fairfield

We offer a fifty dollar bonus to all those tenants that have successfully referred a friend to a great apartment here. The bonus is contingent on a successful application and approval process here at the apartment, so here are the minimum requirements to successfully refer a friend and keep our great community growing!

The Minimum “Refer a Friend” Tenant Requirements

• Have a gross monthly income that is at least double the rent
• A positive credit history that includes no unpaid collections
• A verifiable income
• Positive rental history (no evictions)

Your friend may have a co-signer. Co-signers can be used for that friend that has not yet established credit or strong rental history.   In that case your friend will need a social security number or ITIN, and their cosigner must meet Orchard Crossing Apartments minimum requirements, as well.

The “Refer a Friend” Co-signer Requirements

Having friends pays!

• Positive credit history
• Social security card or ITIN
• Valid picture I.D.
• Copies of your two most recent pay stubs or sources of income
• Copy of a recent utility bill
• A current bank statement
