Security Cameras are strategically installed in various locations around your apartment community for all of our safety and protection. Granted, not many apartment complexes have security guards and security cameras, but we knew that in order to stand by our word in saying we believe in creating a sense of community for all our tenants, we made it our serious investment.

We found out through EDA Protection™  that security cameras cannot extinguish every problem, but they will nip potential problems in the bud. Potential problems like:

• Vandalism and theft.
• Suspicious characters loitering in the complex or parking lots.
• Vehicles damaging our security gates.
• Cameras collect license numbers and ID suspicious individuals so the information can be forwarded to Fairfield Police Department.
• Individuals illegally dumping garbage or furniture in our bins. It may not seem like a big deal, but the cost adds up to the complex.

The security cameras that secure our community are on a motion sensor placed are placed at various points in the front office, parking lot and gates can monitor who is coming in; who is leaving, and when. This provides a record of who is on the premises and it will also allow security guards to monitor the area from a remote location.
