| Chicken pot pie from The English Kitchen! |
Every apartment dweller loves to come home to the smell of food cooking! Treat yourself with this easy Inside Out Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 large can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small can Campbell’s Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast (uncooked)
- 1 lb. bag frozen peas and carrots
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3-4 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can Pillsbury Home style Biscuits
Depending on what time you get home; cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours.
Prepare biscuits as package instructs. Serve over biscuits.
P.S. The recipe is great for surprising roommates or "the fam" when they get home, too!
